Mark and Joanna Alpizar will perform a pops concert with the Holland Symphony Orchestra in August! Guest artists will include Mariachi Tesoro de Rebecca Gonzales. 8/8/2020.
Mark will collaborate with Todd Wilson to perform a new composition by Chris Mitchell at Lake Erie College on April 26 in Morley Hall.

ASU's production of Les Mamelles de Tirésias, which Mark conducted, has won 3rd place in the American Prize in opera performance.
Mark has been named the Assistant Conductor of the Cleveland Pops Orchestra!
Mark is now full-time instrumental faculty at Lake Erie College!
In 2016, Mark and Joanna Alpizar took over 40 students from the Phoenix-based Desert Marigold School to California to perform with the Four Seasons Youth Orchestra! Check out the awesome itinerary. 
Mark Alpizar named the Assistant Conductor of the 2018 National Repertory Orchestra!
Mark conducted ASU's production of Poulenc's Les Mamelles de Tirésias and was nominated for a 2018 "AriZoni"- Arizona's version of the Tony Award.
Mark guest conducted the Holland Symphony Orchestra September 9, 2018 on 36-hours notice.
Mark performed Crusell's Concerto No. 3 with the University of Wisconsin, LaCrosse Symphony Orchestra on a tour where he also taught masterclasses at Winona State and South Dakota State University.
Mark was the Resident Conductor of the American Youth Symphony in Los Angeles, CA for the 2018-2019 season!
Mark conducted the 2019 Ohlendorf Honor Orchestra in Long Beach, CA! Concert featured a world premiere and commission by Theresa Martin.
